He has been in the construction business for the past 28 years, and continues to carry on the family tradition dating back to 1935 over the past four generations.

Great experience. Some delays but prior to moving here we were well aware of issues that contractors face including the hurricane, labor issues and ridiculous inflation, not to mention the delays caused by covid. Palmer Homes communicated with us throughout the whole process. Part of the reason we hired them is their close connection to the community and awards we saw them earn. But the most important thing is the quality of the home they built for us. It's beautiful. Thank you Damon and Jen!

Terrible experience, had to terminate contract and pay $62000 to remove moldy wood. Now we seek damages in the courts. Palmers claim of happy customers is just not true
