MAKS Asian Kitchen & Sushi is a hidden gem in Fort Myers, Florida that offers a unique dining experience. As soon as you walk through the doors, you are greeted with warm hospitality, a cozy ambiance, and an array of mouthwatering dishes. We recently had the pleasure of dining at MAKS Asian Kitchen & Sushi, and it was an unforgettable experience.

The first thing that stood out to me was the restaurant's decor. The interior was elegantly designed with a modern touch that complemented the Asian-inspired cuisine. The lighting was warm and inviting, and the seating arrangements were comfortable and spacious. The atmosphere was perfect for a romantic evening out, a family dinner, or a night out with friends.

The menu at MAKS Asian Kitchen & Sushi is extensive, offering a range of sushi rolls, sashimi, hot and cold appetizers, entrees, and desserts. The restaurant's focus is on Asian cuisine with a fusion twist, and the dishes did not disappoint. Our server was extremely knowledgeable and recommended some of the restaurant's signature dishes.
Our recent dining experience at MAKS Asian Kitchen & Sushi was unforgettable, especially with the amazing appetizers and entrees that we tried.

We started off with the Krab Rangoon, which is a crispy wonton filled with a delightful mixture of krab, cream cheese, onions, scallions, and sweet chili sauce. It was a perfect balance of crispy and creamy textures that burst with flavor in every bite.

Another appetizer that we enjoyed was the Maks Crispy Rice, which is made of butter soy crispy rice, fresh salmon, smelt roe, scallions, avocado, and spicy miso mayo. The dish had a unique and exciting combination of textures and flavors that was simply heavenly.

For our salad, we had the Maks Salad, which is made of krab, squid salad, seaweed salad, cucumber, spicy ponzu sauce, and sesame seeds. It was a refreshing salad with a perfect balance of sweet, spicy, and tangy flavors.

Moving on to the entrees, we tried the Crunchy Tiger, which is made of tempura shrimp, cucumber topped with avocado, tempura flakes, eel sauce, and sesame seeds. The dish was a perfect blend of crunchy textures and delightful flavors that left us wanting more.

Another entree that we enjoyed was the Summer Breeze, which is made of spicy salmon, avocado, and cream cheese tempura flash-fried and topped with spicy krab salad, eel sauce, and scallions. The dish was a great combination of spicy and creamy flavors that we absolutely loved.

Finally, for dessert, we had the Molten Lava Cake with Ice Cream, which was simply divine. The warm and gooey chocolate lava cake paired perfectly with the cold and creamy vanilla ice cream, creating a sensational explosion of flavors.

Overall, our dining experience at MAKS Asian Kitchen & Sushi was outstanding. The restaurant's warm hospitality, cozy ambiance, and amazing dishes made us feel right at home, and we cannot wait to go back and try more of their delectable menu items.
