“We're big on catering,” said Vincent La Franca, owner of Tuscany Market & Catering, which opened last month in south Fort Myers. “We’ve catered weddings, brunches, engagement parties and corporate events of up to 300 to 400 people. Our philosophy is to deliver quality not quantity. What we carry is homemade. Nothing comes out of a can.”
