Very disappointed with how this salon is being run after Ron left to go to another salon. Shelley, the new salon manager, has been very unpleasant since my first interaction with her a few months ago. I started going across the street to Ulta, but figured I'd give them one more try because Gabby the stylist is sweet.
Today, I came in for my keratin treatment appointment. After refusing to buy their shampoo (every shampoo I've bought from here makes my hair greasy), she basically tells me I must buy it or I can't do the service. I've had this service done 5-6 times in the past two years and NEVER have they forced me to get a shampoo and conditioner. When I asked for the regional manager's number she told me she couldn't give it to me because it's his cell number.
No where on their website does it say you have to get the shampoo and conditioner to get either keratin treatments they offer. Save your time and go across the street to Ulta for better customer service and to avoid a rude, bratty salon manager.

First and foremost I am sorry that the result was poor. In this circumstance, I feel that the history was not well enough understood or scrutinized. Often folks purchases this service and neglect to purchase the correct product which must be "sulfate and salt" free. Then some days later come back with complaints because they did not use the correct product. In your case, it appears you found an alternative product that maintains the service correctly. Unfortunately this was "overthought" by Shelley. That said, Shelley is a 12 year Salon Coordinator in our company and always maintains professionalism. The adjectives used here does not describe our salon as our reviews and history will reflect. It was our fault in this circumstance and my son and I discussed same. We agreed that it was not handled as we would have liked. My son also said that he should have looked at the history a bit stronger before making a suggestion.
I am happy that you received the service and were happy. As a family owned and operated local business, we take pride in delivering superior service to our guest and will continue to do so and learn from this experience. My son has reached out as you know. We will be loading a gift card for future use in the event you care to allow us to earn your trust.

Last week I got A bad hair cut and it needed to be fixed. So, I went to fantastic Sams and Jennifer fixed it for me! Told me what she was doing and how I could style my hair. Very personable listens to what you want while suggesting what you can do. especially with a bad hair cut. Thank you Jennifer!

When I first went to Fantastic Sam's, I was so bereft. My hair was falling out in clumps. That is when the manager?owner told me about their DS laboratories brand of products and Spectral RS. It helped me more than any Minoxidil prescribed by my derm.
Also, the stylist and staff treated me with compassion as I was very anxious about this. I went to Suzi (SUZY?) and she colored my hair beautifully and gave me a flattering hair cut. I have been customer for over a year with Nancy at South Ft. Myers location and always was happy with the results....shampoo, cut and blow dry....every six to eight weeks and always had appointment. Had appointment on Thursday 11/10 at 12:40 p.m. I always received a text prior to appointment to confirm the same, but did not with this appointment. At 10:30 morning of appointment I called to confirm and was told they tried calling to see if I could reschedule another day because Nancy was overbooked. Drew said to come in at 12:40 that Nancy would be able to do appointment. When I arrived Nancy was rushed and said she wished I could have come another day....I asked her how much time she had for me and she said "ten minutes". I was honestly stunned and saddened by her treatment of me as I thought I was a regular client and always had good rapport. I said to her "nevermind" and left the Salon. Sad and dismayed.

I would actually give this business a no star review if I could, not due to the hair cut my son received but because of the fact my 12 year old son came out of there hearing multiple cuss words spoke by a particular employee. My son came from the back to the waiting room where I was sitting and told me she said the "f word" multiple times in her conversation with other employee and he could hear every bit of it. On a side note the girl who actually cut his hair was great! Just the unprofessional and not kid friendly atmosphere makes for one very upset momma. Especially when you are paying for a service and instead have your child subjected to a disgruntled employees foul

What an awesome place! During this pandemic the owner paid every stylist plus gave the bonuses to help them and their family- What an incredible business owner! Have no idea who he or she is but my stylist from Patterson NJ told me she had the best owner in the world! Gotta really respect great business owners who step up and take care of the people! Both my sister and I got our hair colored here. The results were unsatisfactory. Stylists did not seem to fully know what they were doing. They kept pushing Chi products on us. Also, the stylist that cut my sisters hair made it uneven and missed a whole section of her hair. I ended up having to fix it myself. Paying over 100$ each for this type of service is unacceptable. Stylist was nice but salon kept giving her more clients when she should gave been focusing on one client at a time. Unfortunately, for the money that we paid we will not be going back.

I got the best haircut that I have had in many years, if ever from Rebecca. She was so meticulous and thorough. My wife remarked that it was perfectly layered and every hair fell into place. Consider me a regular!
