Nail Studio

Walked in on a Sunday. A guy at the first station asked what I needed I explained, he then asked another question which I answered. Then it was radio silent. He never looked up from his customer and seemed annoyed that I was there. Not once did he tell me if he could give fox two of my nails just let me stand there. I sat down and wait for a few minutes without telling me how long or another work...I walked out. I found the shop not inviting and even rude.

They wasted my time. I called to set an appointment for 2pm. I got there at 2pm sharp. They sat me with my feet in the water for 30 minutes while i waited and told me i should've called in advance, which i had to remind them that i did. Ended up wasted a half hour because i had to leave to make my next appointment.

If you can't make an appointment you shouldn't schedule someone and mess up their day. I could've gone somewhere else.

Not sure if I had a new lady or not but she ruined my nails. She sanded me nails so thin it was hurting. Had to tell her many times I wanted to keep my almond shaped just shorter and she chopped my nails. I told her to just stop and paid $15 for a "simple manicure". Terrible.

I have been going there for about 4 months. At the beginning I was very happy with Michael when he did my pedicures (he gave the best massages ever...mostly why I kept going back.) Unfortunately, he no longer works there. Tommy has been doing either my dip nails or gel refills. I stopped doing the dip powder because they would crack on the sides within a week. When I get my gel refills they don't paint your nails all the way back to the cuticle, I guess so that you can return sooner. It has happened to me with more than one technician. Yesterday tommy wasn't in so I did the usual with Emily, who I believe is the owner. My nails came out ok but again they don't paint them all they way back to the cuticle. It was $55 and I paid $25 with a gift card and the rest with a $100. She did not give me the proper change back. She gave me $45. While I was doing my nails I told her I was ordering from Tijuana flats next door. As I was walking next door I realized she didn't give me the right change so I picked up my food and went back to the nail studio. I walked in and she didn't say a word she just looked at me. I told her that she didn't give me the proper change and that's when she said "oh yeah here is your $25." This can happen to anyone but this put the lid on the bottle for me. She could have came to get me or shouted at me to let me know (hey here is your money.)

They also mix in one nail polish with another so my pedicures would also chip within a few days.

Be very careful reading these negative reviews. I got a THIRTY DOLLAR fill. That's INSANE. 30 bucks and my nails look like a million dollars. Emily was fantastic. She's super precise and careful with her work, which is all anyone should care about really.

They do not honor appointment times
Their customer service is lacking. They don't really care about their customers. Jenni is nice though but I'm never going back there.

The employee removed my color while cursing and complaining about how much work it was. 5 minutes later he refused to continue because "it was too much work ". Horrible service and extremely unprofessional. The young man refused me service as if I was an option due to personal reasons. There are 50 salons in that area so don't waste your time or money.

I think this is going to be my permanent nail salon! I received a pedicure and a manicure. The pedicure chairs were amazing. The chairs are up on a stand so you sit higher and the techs don't need to strain their back so much. You have 3 pedicure options to choose from. Then I wanted to try the LCN on my manicure. Duy, the tech did a FANTASTIC job on my nails. He also explained the process and why it was healthier. I'm happy I chose this place.

Moved down in October and I'm still searching for a place. Went in for a pedicure, which was pretty average. All the workers I came in contact with were just not very friendly
