It is never more refreshing for a customer than to call a business, have the owner answer, communicate the desired service, have the work accomplished at a reasonable rate within an hour of the call and finalize the work with a handshake of appreciation. He had the skills, knowledge, abilities and tools to promptly and completely move two full heavy sofas to make room for two new sofas arriving the next day. We could not asked for better. You won't beat his customer service!!!
