Autumn Air Conditioning

My air conditioning stopped cooling suddenly, and I looked for help on yelp for the first time in my life. The folks at Autumn Air were polite and friendly, and even willing to respond to my emergency on their days off. Turns out I had a few parts up and die, and they were luckily under warranty, which is something they not only brought to my attention, but were willing to deal with the manufacturer for. There were delays due to part availability and a literal hurricane, but the work was done as fast as they could manage, and I'm happily at home again. Honestly, the whole ordeal ended up costing less than expected, even with additional parts being replaced (100% needed, I promise).

This company was great. They were extremely responsive showed up on time. Did the work that they said they would do their employees were personable and polite. I would highly recommend using autumn air-conditioning the technician. Alex was super helpful.

We purchased a condo with an existing A/C unit that had been installed by Autumn Air Conditioning. We've continued to use them for regular maintenance and one emergency service call. Each time we've needed service they have been professional, timely and efficient. I really appreciate that they've always shown up when they say they will and that they take the time to explain what work is being done. When we needed them in an emergency, they were able to respond quickly and fix the problem right away. We wouldn't consider calling anyone else!

I want to thank you guys so much for fixing the big screw-up from Anderson air Darren Anderson is a terrible person a terrible worker and for him to do what he did to me at my house he should be embarrassed but I want to thank especially Jonathan LeBron and David Guzman they are amazing professional hard workers and did a perfect job they fixed a terrible job and it works like brand-new now

In August of 2014 Autumn Air was recommended to be the installers of a new package air system for our home . The care , courtesy , and installation could not have been better . This despite our location being some distance from their location The other day I had a question about the operation of the unit ( not a problem ) , just a question . Will and Felix responded and were superb . Needless to say , they should be the first call. Thanks lads ....

Jim, from Autumn Air, left my house about an hour ago and to say I was pleased with the service he provided is an understatement. He was competent, straightforward and honest. I'm a widow and many times in the past when I've called a repairman or someone to service my air conditioning, they have been untruthful in insisting I need expensive parts or service that I later learned I did not. Furthermore, they have been careless and assumed I would not know the difference. Jim did a thorough inspection of my air unit, gave me advise on what I could improve upon to lower maintenance calls. He was efficient, polite, friendly and helpful and most important to me, he was honest.

I purchased a home that had a new AC system installed less than a year ago. The owner will not honor the one year labor warranty included with the new system purchase because the home changed ownership.
